How long does an order take?
Most orders ship in 7 to 10 business days. Every piece is made to order in Minnesota.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on UPS Ground pricing, so the cost depends on the size and weight of your order and where it is going.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes, with limited availability. Email keepsmithdesigns@gmail.com and we will let you know what is open.

Do I get to see my piece before it is made?
Yes. For personalized items, we send you a proof to approve before anything is engraved.

Can I return a personalized item?
No. Because every piece is custom made for you, we do not accept returns on personalized items. Please check your proof carefully before you approve it.
